(this is still an above industry standard, educated guess) We are doing a rough load calculation guessing on things that we are notable to measure as they would during a paid visit. No guarantees of perfect comfort is made as it would be once formal testing has been done.
4) Proposal sent with options for your new HVAC system
Same as path A except we will come out with high end testing equipment. Take measurements for a more accurate load calculation. This is our best shot at getting perfect comfort for your your home. (2-3 hour visit).
