Controlled Comfort is your local HVAC company serving Los Angeles County. Established in 2019, our owner, Greg Heimann, has been in the industry since 2008. Although we are a newer and smaller business, we have many years of experience in the Los Angeles residential HVAC community. We created Controlled Comfort because we saw a growing need for honesty, quality work and transparent communication, combined with excellent customer service.

Our technicians are veteran, hard-working mechanics, not salesmen. We never try to make a sale to our customers.
